How to resolve the issue when accessing the device using its default IP address shows that the network is unable to connect?

1.Check the status of the network adapter on your computer. If it shows “Network cable unplugged” or if the Ethernet port indicator light is off, check the Ethernet cable connection. Ensure that the device is powered on and that the Ethernet cable plug is securely connected.

2.If the connection is confirmed to be normal, check the IPv4 settings in the network adapter properties. Ensure that the PTZ camera and the computer are on the same subnet, or verify that the network address can be pinged successfully.
