How to resolve the issue if a PTZ camera does not display a thermal image after powering on?

Two possible reasons:

1.Ensure that the lens cap has been removed.

2.The camera lens may be facing a surface with minimal temperature difference, such as a wall, resulting in a grey image. In this case, adjust the PTZ to focus on a target with temperature difference, such as a human body.
